Outstanding Heat and Corrosion Resistance

This paint brings about the effect on rust resistance in room temperature during the construction of the plant as well as prevention of thermal oxidation after starting operation.

[Comparative Test of Heat and Corrosion Resistance]

 The comparative test of heat and corrosion resistance was conducted for conventional product and NEOS with heavy-corrosion specifications. The products had been heated at 300ºC for 16 hours, and then the salt spray test had been conducted for 24 hours. The conventional product became rusty while NEOS with heavy-corrosion specifications did not.

Heavy-Corrosion Specifications

  • Suitable for the corrosion countermeasure for plant under severe condition such as salt damage.
  • The paint film is strong and consists of four layers, which prevents corrosion loss in steel structures such as plant.
  • Heat resistant temperature: 200°C to 600°C

■Long-Term Exposure Specifications
