Lubricant Paint, "Navalon"

Heat Resistant Releasing Agent

Navalon Lubricant Paint pays attention to the excellent performance of PTFE resin as a solid lubricant. By combining all kinds of organic and inorganic polymers, we created a film which performs highly in low-coefficient friction, non-stickness and corrosion resistance in low temperature baking conditions.
Navalon Lubricant Paint was designed to fully consider easy processing, and can also improve productivity.

NTB3101

Acrylic resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.15
Forced baking type / Heatproof temperature 200°C
Available in custom colors ( Standard colors are black, blown, and green.)
It is possible to bake in low temperatures(180°C).

NTB3202 (High Hardness)
Epoxy resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.10
Forced baking type / Heatproof temperature 200°C / Black
It is possible to bake in low temperatures(180°C).Epoxy resin
It excels in smoothness(low-friction coefficient) and adhesion.


NTB3301 (High Hardness)
Poriamidimid resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.08
Forced baking type / Heatproof temperature 230°C / Black
It excels in smoothness(low-friction coefficient), adhesion, chemical resistance, and oil resistance.

 

NTB3302
Poriamidimid resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.07
Forced baking type /Heatproof temperature 230°C / Black
It excels in smoothness(low-friction coefficient), adhesion, chemical resistance, and oil resistance.

 

NTB3303 (Possible to Bake in Low Temperatures)
Poriamidimid resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.08

NTB3304
Poriamidimid , Molybdenum disulfide , etc resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.07

It excels in smoothness(low-friction coefficient), adhesion, chemical resistance, and oil resistance.

 

NTB3306
Poriamidimid resin / Coefficient of static friction:0.08
Forced baking type / Heatproof temperature 230°C / Available in custom colors
It excels in smoothness(low-friction coefficient), adhesion, chemical resistance, and oil resistance.
Standard colors of NTB3306 are black, rust, yellow, white, and blue. Good adhesion to stainless steel.



Heat Resistant Releasing Agent (Aerosol Type)

 

 Series of Boron Coat
Heatproof temperature 800 °C / White
The film excels in adhesiveness because a special inorganic binder remains in the film even in high temperatures.
It excels in chemical stability, so it doesn't react with molten metal such as aluminum, steel, copper, zinc, or molten glass.

Application :
[Release] Casting metal mold, Hot press, Diamond tool mold, prevention to overbake of a heating bolt
[Lubricity] Prevents the over-screwing of bolts and bearings / Adds smoothness when under high temperature

 

 Graphitized Coating

Heatproof temperature 450 °C / Black
The film contains higher concentration of graphite so that it achieves excellent releasing and durability properties.
Application :
[Release] Casting metal mold, Hot press, Diamond tool mold, Prevents the overbaking of heating bolts
[Lubricity] Prevent the over-screwing of bolts and bearings / Adds smoothness when under high temperature

 

 PTFE Coating

Heatproof temperature 260°C / A:White ・B:Clear
PTFE Coating A: It excels in lubricity and non-stickness with little stain on the material surface.
Application : Adds smoothness to fasteners and shutters / Prevents noisy sounds
PTFE Coating B:Even in relatively high temperatures(150 - 200°C), the active ingredients will not be thermally decomposed.It excels in release ability and durability with little stain on the material surface.
Application : Rubber / All kinds of resin molds / Electronic components like a connector

 

 Molybdenum Coating

Heatproof temperature 350°C / Black
It can gain an excellent lubricant film especially in the vacuum by a lamellar crystal of olybdenum disulfide.
It is excellent in lubricity and the durability.
Application : Adds smoothness to places where oil is disliked / Adds smoothness to places where adding oil is difficult.

 

 Talc Coating

Lubrication:Heatproof temperature 150°C / Release Ability:Heatproof temperature800°C / White
It is made with film formed by talc corpuscle by an inorganic binder, and excels as mold lubricant for molten metal at high temperatures.
Application : Casting metal mold of aluminum / Zinc / Tin
