Fire Prevention Coating, "Flame Control"

"Flame Control" is a highly reliable product developed by collaborating with Flame Control Coatings Inc. the largest fire prevention paint manufacturer in the U.S.
There are two types of flame control, the bubble type and the reaction type.
The General bubble type swells its film up to 100 times when it touches the flame or high temperature, and it forms the heat resistant insulation and delays the extention of heat and flame through materials.
The reaction type contains ingredients that have fire extinguishing functions, and it delays the extention of heat and the flame by producing gas when it touches the flame or high temperature.
There are versions for w
ood, metal, concrete, and cable. Please choose one to meet your application.

This test is generaly called "Stinar Tunnel Test". It is a test to see how the flame moves, the amount of smoke it generates, and the level of self burning by using a 50.8cmx762cm board.
The standard is that the combustion condition of asbestos cement board suppose 0, and the combustion condition of non-coated oak tree suppose 100, then the effectiveness was shown by the numerical value. The enhancing index of the flame is evaluated in the damage classification of the United States as follows.
Evaluation class A:0 -25, Evaluation class B:26 - 75, Evaluation class C:76 - 100
*UL tunnel test : The safety standard in the United States with authorities most(The content of the test is based on the ASTM-E-84.)
